Role: SALES (FLS - Front line sales)

Salary : Rs. 15000 PM -35000 PM

PREFERRED: MALE CANDIDATES ONLY

AGE : 22- 30 , WORK TIMING : 9:00AM- 6:00PM

WORK DAYS: MONDAY TO SUNDAY (TUESDAY WEEK OFF)

Job Description:

·       Good Communication skills in English

·       Experienced in any sales (added advantage B2B, Direct sales or Any Field sales)

·       Minimum 1-5 years of experience in sales

·       Interacting with customers, understanding the requirements, Sales pitching, Model house demo, Miniature explanation.

·       Native speaker of Tamil

·       Good team player.

·       Good Convincing skill

·       Bike Mandatory (Preferred to travel any sites)

Role: Site Visit Coordinator 

NUMBER Position : 20 no’s

Salary: Rs.15000 PM  to Rs. 25000 PM

PREFERRED: FEMALE CANDIDATE ONLY

AGE: 22- 28 , WORK TIMING : 9:00AM- 6:00PM

WORK DAYS: MONDAY TO SUNDAY (TUESDAY WEEK OFF)

Job Description: 

·       Good Communications skills in English

·       Experienced (1-2 Years) (Added advantage exp in real estate sales cold calling)

·       Handling inbound & outbound calls

Role: HOME BUYER FRIENDLY 

NUMBER of positions:  20 no’s

Salary : Rs. 15000 PM  to Rs. 30000 PM

AGE: 22- 28

WORK DAYS: MONDAY TO SUNDAY (TUESDAY WEEK OFF)

Job Description: 

Minimum 2-5 Years’ of relevant Experience into in Mortgage/LAP/Home in the NBFC/Financial institution.

Good communication skill in English.

Ability to process customer requests, identify problems and provide solutions

Maintain the HBF MIS Tracker on daily basis

Handling Pre and post booking client’s enquires on home loans

Collecting the source of income document from customer within TAT

Financial calculation (Loan processing)

Verification and Authentication for Pre-sanction and post disbursal. Updating sanctioned customer details in the system

Managing CIBIL Check and minimum parameters to login in the case. 

Responsible for customer payment within TAT.
