Senior Manager / Leasing / Chennai

Position: Sr Manager/ Leasing. Location: Chennai. Salary : Rs. 10 to 12 LPA. Qualification: Any degree with few years of real estate related to leasing / rental / sale of properties preferred. Our client is a leading Shopping Mall center located in the heart of Chennai City and looking for capable Rental / Leasing professional to present and lease properties, like shops, vacant space to prospective lessors. He / She has to scout potential clients, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates. Responsibilities: Understand , Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants. Closely work , Act as a landlord for property owners and help them navigate the property market. Generate, Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials. Finalise, Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospect customers Collect and Confirm rental application data and personal references Update and Stay knowledgeable of the property market status Collect, Provide information on all aspects of properties (expansion, zoning, etc) Independently Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals Confirm and Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically. Requirements and skills: Should have Proven working experience as Leasing Agent Excellent Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices Proven track of successful sales record Maintail and Up to date with property market status Good working knowledge in MS Office is must Excellent communication and negotiation skills Persuasive with marketing and sales skills High Customer service orientation.
