Head - Sales & Marketing
Job Summary:
The Head - Sales & Marketing is responsible for
overseeing the planning, execution, and measurement of all sales and marketing
activities of the Company. This role involves developing and executing
strategies that drive revenue growth, increase market shares of Company’s
products, and enhance brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development and Implementation
2. Product and Brand Management
3. Budget Management
4. Market Research and Analysis
5. Team Leadership and Management
Education & Experience:
- Education: Master’s Degree in Business Administration,
Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Minimum Experience: 15 years of progressive experience in
FMCG sales, with at least 5 years in a Senior leadership role
Key Skills:
- Strong B2B and B2C
channel knowledge and experience, particularly in emerging or developing
markets
- Prior experience
working in Central / Southern African region is a significant advantage
