About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Secretary to join our client's team in Chennai. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Managing Director and ensure seamless office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage routine office activities, including correspondence and documentation
* Liaise with vendors, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely follow-ups
* Maintain accurate records and update information with other branch offices
* Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents using MS Office
Requirements:
* Male candidate with excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in Telugu is an added advantage)
* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting
* Strong MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
