Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

    3+ years of experience in a leadership or project management role.

Technical Skills:

    Proficient in electrical schematic design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, Mentor Graphics).
    Experience with wire harness design tools (e.g., Zuken E3.series, Capital VEC).
    Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems, embedded systems, components, and industry standards (e.g., ISO 26262, SAE J1939).
    Hands-on experience with hardware development and integration, including PCB design and EMI/EMC considerations.
    Expertise in embedded system design, including microcontrollers, communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN), and real-time operating systems.
