SENIOR DESIGN ENGINEER - TELANGANA

 FOR OUR CLIENT A LEADING DESIGN AND DETAILD ENGINEERING COMPANY. 

Position: Design Engineer (3 to 5 years)

Position : Sr Design Engineer  (5 to 10 years )

Location: Telangana
Expertise: Solidworks, Catia, Creo.
Proven expertise in: Automotive, Truck, and Trailer industries. 

Responsibilities:

    Product Design and Specification: Lead the design and specification of innovative products, focusing on developing sheet metal components and structures for automotive applications.
    Safety and Functional Requirements: Ensure all designs meet stringent functional and safety requirements, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
    Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date design documentation, including detailed drawings and specifications, ensuring all changes and updates are communicated and recorded.
    Design Communication: Facilitate effective communication and documentation of design changes, updates, and project progress to all relevant stakeholders.
    Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and supply chain, to address design-related issues and drive project success.
    Leadership and Mentoring: Provide leadership and mentoring to junior design engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

    Educational Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.
    CAD Proficiency: Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, NX, Creo, or Catia.
    Product Development Experience: Demonstrated experience in product development, particularly in the automotive sector.
    Technical Skills: Strong technical skills with a deep understanding of engineering principles and design practices.
    Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and analytical approach to addressing design challenges.
    Communication and Teamwork: Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
    Leadership: Proven leadership capabilities, with experience in mentoring and guiding junior engineers.
