Job Title: Training Business Executive

Location: 4 (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai)

Salary Range: INR 20,000 - 35,000 per month (based on Education, Experience, and Skills)

Job Overview:

The Training Business Executive is responsible for planning, managing, and executing training- related projects. This role involves coordination with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Project Planning & Management:

Develop and execute project plans based on client agreements, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

2.      Client Communication:

Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to feedback collection.

3.      Team Coordination:

Assign tasks and communicate project details to the team, ensuring smooth execution.

4.      Activity Organization:

Organize and monitor project activities to ensure on-time deliverables.

5.      Follow-Up & Quality Assurance:

Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure documentation meets quality standards.

6.      Billing & Payments:

Manage billing milestones and ensure timely payments.

7.      Secondary Responsibilities:

o   Generate and distribute training certificates.

o   Manage back-end processes for ISO portals.

o   Update the Consultant Database.

 

Qualifications:

·        Education: Graduate in any discipline. Preference for certifications in ISO standards or training management.

·        Experience: 1-3 years in project management or client communication.

·        Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills; proficiency in MS Office.

Additional Requirements:

·        Ability to manage multiple projects.

·        Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

·        Proactive in client and team coordination.

Work Environment:

·        Occasional travel may be required.

·        Flexibility in working hours to accommodate different time zones.
