Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Delhi Office
Salary Range: INR 20,000 -
35,000 per month (Based on Experience and Skills)
Job Overview
The
Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s
marketing strategies through efficient management of lead generation, content
development, training programs, and event planning. This role involves close
collaboration with the sales and marketing teams, external
vendors, and other departments to ensure the seamless execution
of marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management
· Lead Collection & Assignment: Gather leads from various sources (IndiaMart, BNI, etc.) and allocate them to the respective Zonal Sales Executives.
· Tracking: Maintain and update lead tracking systems via WhatsApp groups and Google Sheets.
2. Content Development
· Marketing Calendar: Assist in planning and executing the Annual Marketing Calendar.
· Vendor Coordination: Work with external vendors for content creation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with marketing objectives.
3. Training Program Coordination
· Program Management: Organize monthly Internal Auditor Training Programs, including coordinating with trainers and guest speakers.
· Execution: Ensure that all training materials are prepared, distributed, and the sessions run smoothly.
4. Event Planning
· Quarterly & Annual Events: Plan and manage quarterly marketing events and annual team gatherings.
· Logistics Management: Oversee event logistics, including budgeting, invitations, venue selection, and attendee coordination.
5. Database Management
· Marketing Databases: Regularly update and maintain marketing and training databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
6. Vendor Coordination
· Quality Assurance: Liaise with vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality marketing services within agreed timelines.
Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is
preferred.
· Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, with a strong focus on lead management, content creation, and event planning.
· Skills:
o Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
o Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
o Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools.
o Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with cross- functional teams.
Additional Information
This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working independently and taking ownership of various marketing tasks. The Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the Managing Director and collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams.
